Flowers by series annual flower seeds

Annual, compact strongly branched plant, with large flowers 5-6 cm in diameter, golden in color with numerous dark red specks and spots. Mimulus are photophilous, but can also develop in partial shade. It is better if the plants are illuminated by direct sunlight only in the morning hours. They prefer fertile, loose, moist soil, with a high content of humus and peat. Regular pruning of faded brushes leads to the formation of a more branched and abundantly flowering bush. Seeds for seedlings are sown in March-April, not buried in the soil, but covered with glass or film on top. The optimum temperature for seedlings is 18-20°C. Shoots appear in 10-14 days. At the stage of 4 true leaves, the seedlings dive. Seedlings are kept at a low temperature, the same day and night, with good lighting, abundant watering with 2-3 top dressings with potash fertilizers. Plants bloom 6-7 weeks after germination.

Mimulyuses are planted near ornamental ponds, in flowerbeds, flower beds, borders, flowerpots and as a pot culture.
