Calendula Fiesta Gitana

An annual plant with a compact profusely flowering bush, inflorescences-baskets are terry, tiled, 4-5 cm in diameter, with a wide range of shades (from yellow to dark brown). All parts of the plant contain substances with medicinal properties. Calendula – the plant is extremely unpretentious in culture. It is cold-resistant, photophilous, develops well on different types of soils. In dry, hot weather, the inflorescences become smaller, so it is necessary to water and feed once every two weeks. Seeds are sown immediately in open ground, as well as before winter. Shoots appear in 10-14 days.

Used in balcony boxes, for cutting, for groups, rabatka, borders, where it is combined with ageratum, salvia, delphinium, rudbeckia, zinnia and as a medicinal and vegetable plant.
