An annual plant. Stems are smooth, branched. Leaves alternate, lanceolate. The flowers are white to purple, fragrant, collected in dense corymbose inflorescences. Blooms 1.5-2 months after sowing. Blooms profusely. Good honey plant. Iberis is unpretentious, but it works better on light loams. Photophilous, but tolerates slight shading. To bloom for a long time, you need to cut off the upper part of the flowering inflorescence. Seeds are sown in the ground in early spring or autumn. Seedlings appear on the 10-14th day. Seedlings are thinned out, leaving up to 20 cm between plants. Effective on lawns, in discounts and border plantings.
Iberis looks beautiful in rockeries. They can decorate balcony boxes and containers. Iberis cut works well in bouquets.
