Whole wheat flour is made by "grandfather" way: using millstones made of natural materials, without sifting. At the same time, we leave all useful components in the grain: grain germ, flower shell, aleurone layer. Such flour contains 4 times more useful substances: fiber, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc.
The raw material for millstone flour is grain from the Toguchinsky district of the Novosibirsk region, grown without pesticides, growth stimulants, chemicals. The grain was not stored in elevators, was not bleached with chlorine, etc.
Unlike industrial flour, our flour does not keep for a long time. Therefore, we do not recommend buying it for the future. It is intended for those who adhere to proper nutrition, watch their figure, take care of their health and want to get the maximum benefit from natural products.
