Pine flour – a natural product with high nutritional value, obtained by grinding the seeds of the Siberian pine cone on stone millstones. It retained a maximum of useful substances, vitamins, minerals, essential acids. Flour is recommended for proper, sports and dietary nutrition.

Pine nut flour contains:
- Vitamins: A, groups B, D, E, F.
- Macro and microelements: iodine, iron, calcium, potassium, cobalt, silicon, magnesium, zinc.
- Natural dietary fiber, amino acids.
- Easily digestible vegetable protein.
Flour does not contain: gluten, GMOs, dyes, flavors and other artificial additives.
