Walnut flour – a natural product obtained by grinding walnut kernels on stone millstones. Therefore, it retains a maximum of useful substances – vitamins, minerals, essential acids, fiber, etc.

Dishes and pastries made from nut flour can be included in the diet of vegetarians, as well as people with diabetes and overweight.

Squirrels – 40 gr.

Fats – 16 gr.

Carbohydrates – 10 gr.

Walnut flour contains:

  • Vitamins: A, groups B, C, E, D, K, PP, beta-carotene, niacin.
  • Macro and microelements: iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, sulfur, fluorine, chlorine.
  • Essential and non-essential acids, lecithin.

Nut flour does not contain: gluten, GMOs, dyes, flavors and other artificial additives.
