Amaranth flour – a natural product with high nutritional value, obtained by grinding amaranth seeds on stone millstones. It retained a maximum of useful substances, vitamins, minerals, essential acids, fiber. Flour is recommended for sports and dietary nutrition, as well as for people with gluten intolerance.

Amaranth flour contains:
- Vitamins: groups B, E, C, PP. Beta Carotene Tocopherol, Betaine.
- Macro and microelements: iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, sodium, selenium, phosphorus, zinc.
- Squalene
- 10 essential amino acids.
- Fiber, phytoestrogens, protein.
Flour does not contain: gluten, GMOs, dyes, flavors and other artificial additives.
