Raw-pressed hazelnut oil is made from raw materials of the highest grade using temperatureless manual pressing. This is a pure organic product that has retained all the beneficial properties contained in the plant. It does not contain preservatives, chemical dyes and flavors.

Despite the fact that the tasty and healthy hazelnut has been known for many millennia, as a product hazelnut oil appeared and began to be used by haute cuisine cooks only in the 70s of the twentieth century. In terms of protein content, it is not inferior to meat, and in terms of the amount of vitamins, minerals and useful acids it surpasses most vegetable oils. Hazelnut oil contains:

  • vitamins: A, C, E, B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, B9, K, PP;
  • minerals: iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, selenium, fluorine, phosphorus, zinc;

Due to its low content of saturated fats, hazelnut oil is easily and completely absorbed by the body. It reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and hypertension by 50%.

When used regularly, hazelnut oil:

How to apply?

Ingestion. For the prevention of diseases and general strengthening of the body, oil can be taken in its pure form, 1 tsp each. 30 minutes before meals. Children and adolescents 0.5 tsp. Minimum exchange rate – 2 months

External use:

To improve the condition of the skin and hair, oil is added to creams for the face, hands, body, shampoos, gels. Used as a base for making homemade masks. Apply to the skin after sunburn.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the product.

Cooking

The oil has a sweet taste and hazelnut aroma.

It is used as a secret ingredient in dressings and sauces for salads, white meats, fatty fish. Add to baked goods, confectionery, chocolate. The product is great for a vegetarian menu, as a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Important! When the oil is heated, the beneficial substances and vitamins contained in it are destroyed. Therefore, the product is not recommended to be subjected to heat treatment.

Storage conditions

Unopened hazelnut oil is stored for 6 months from the date of manufacture. After opening, the product must be consumed within 30 days.
