The raw-pressed pistachio oil is made from the highest grade raw materials by temperatureless manual pressing. This is a natural product that has retained all the beneficial properties contained in the plant. It does not contain preservatives, chemical dyes and flavors.

The healing properties of pistachio oil have been known since ancient times. Avicenna himself described it as an effective remedy for the treatment of digestion and heart pain. The oil, popular with Arab healers, gradually began to be used in European medicine. It is noticed that it rejuvenates and tones the body, improves the functioning of internal organs and mood.

Pistachio oil contains:

  • vitamins: A, B1, E (33%), folic acid;
  • minerals: iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, zinc;
  • polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega-3 (1%), Omega-6 (33%), Omega-9 (53%);
  • Saturated acids: palmitic acid (11%), stearic acid (2%);
  • amino acids.

Health

Pistachio oil has an antioxidant, rejuvenating, restorative and tonic effect on the body. Recommended for significant physical and mental stress, exhaustion, tuberculosis, chronic anemia.

When used regularly, pistachio oil:

  • prevents the development of heart disease;
  • opens blockages in the liver, helps in the treatment of jaundice;
  • relieves pain in hepatic and gastric colitis;
  • increases immunity, mood, potency;
  • rejuvenates the body.

For external use, pistachio oil:

  • removes freckles and pigmentation;
  • moisturizes the skin, protects it from cracking, chapping, frostbite;
  • strengthens hair and nails.

How to apply?

Ingestion:

As a general tonic, take 1 tsp. oils 2 times a day. Minimum exchange rate – 2 months.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the product.

External use:

For skin and hair care, oil is added to face, hand, body creams, shampoos, gels. Used as a base for making homemade masks and scrubs

Cooking

Pistachio oil has a light fresh aroma and taste of pistachios. It is excellent for salad dressing, pizza, pesto.

Important! When the oil is heated, the beneficial substances and vitamins contained in it are destroyed. Therefore, when using the product for health purposes, it is not recommended to subject it to heat treatment.

Storage conditions

Unopened, pistachio oil is stored for 6 months from the date of manufacture. After opening, the product must be consumed within 30 days.

It is necessary to store the oil at a temperature of +3…+6°C, avoiding direct sunlight. The refrigerator will be the best place.
