Raw-pressed peanut butter is made from premium quality nuts using temperatureless manual pressing. This is an organically pure product that has retained all the beneficial properties contained in the plant. It is completely free of preservatives, chemical dyes and flavors.

Vegetable peanut butter contains:

  • vitamins: B1, B2, B4, B6, B9, E; K, PP, folic acid, retinol;
  • minerals: iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, copper, selenium, phosphorus;
  • mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids (82%): Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9;
  • Saturated fatty acids (18%).

How to apply?

Cooking

The oil has a pronounced peanut-spicy taste. In cooking, it is used for dressing salads, added to marinades and desserts.

Important! When the oil is heated, the beneficial substances and vitamins contained in it are destroyed. Therefore, the product is not recommended to be subjected to heat treatment, for example, used for frying.

Storage conditions

Unopened peanut butter has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, it must be consumed within 30 days.
