An annual plant. A plant with large spherical inflorescences (up to 8 cm in diameter) of yellow and red shades. Gaillardia is cold-resistant, photophilous and drought-resistant, does not tolerate excess moisture, prefers nutritious, light soils. In order for flowering to be plentiful, in the first half of summer it is advisable to make 2-3 top dressings with complex mineral fertilizer with an interval of 10-14 days. Seeds for seedlings are sown in early April or in open ground in late April-early May. Seedlings appear 10-14 days after sowing.
Looks great in high flower beds, in groups, arrays, mixborders.
