Perennial plant. Basal leaves on long petioles, collected in a rosette. Stems are straight, rough. Inflorescences-baskets are large, up to 10 cm in diameter. Photophilous, prefers fertile, well-cultivated soils. It is easy to grow and does not require special care. Landings should be mulched periodically. At the end of the season, cut the stems at the root. Seeds for seedlings are sown in March-April or in open ground in early spring, as well as before winter. The optimum temperature for seedlings is 15-18°C. Shoots appear after 14-20 days.
Look good in mixborders, wide ribbons, arrays. Effective in groups among the lawn. Used in cutting.
