Tomato Millionaire

Variety of tomatoes "Millionaire" bred by employees of Heterosis Selection LLC (Mias). B  In 2020, the hybrid was patented and included in the State Register of the Russian Federation with a permit for cultivation in open ground and under film shelters on the basis of personal subsidiary plots.

Variety advantages: large fruits, commercial quality of tomatoes, high yield.

Characteristics of the variety

Plant determinate type, average height 1.5 m. Stems require garters due to large fruits. Leaves are standard. The inflorescence is simple. Articulated stem.

Fruits rounded, slightly ribbed. According to the State Register, the average weight of tomatoes grown in open ground is 180-190 gr. Gardeners claim to receive 250-400-gram and larger specimens. The pulp of "Millionaire" – medium density, juicy, with 4-6 seed nests. Taste – nice.

Variety purpose: salad. Suitable for cooking, processing into tomato juice, pasta, etc.

Growing conditions

Tomato "Millionaire" well takes root and bears fruit in conditions of open and closed ground, acclimatized to the climate of the Urals and Siberia, does not crack in the heat and drought. At the same time, in greenhouses, the yield and size of tomatoes are higher than on the street.

Plants need:

• Fertile soil, loam is ideal.
• Two top dressings: at the stage of development of the bush – a solution of bird droppings or compost; during fruiting – mineral complexes with potassium and superphosphate.
• Irrigation – rare but plentiful – up to 5-7 liters. warm water under the bush once a week.
• Loosening row spacing and hilling bushes after each watering.
