Tomato Creative F1

The first generation indeterminate hybrid Creative F1 was bred by GREENOMICA LTD (London/Moscow). In 2015, it was included in the State Register of the Russian Federation with permission to grow under film shelters in household plots (personal subsidiary farms).

Variety advantages: balanced plant, short internodes, high set, attractive appearance and taste of fruits.

Characteristics of the variety

Plant of vegetative type, strong with strong root system. The leaves are dark green, medium to large in size, drooping. Inflorescences simple and intermediate with articulation. The first is laid over 9-11 sheets, then after three sheets. 6-8 fruits are formed on each inflorescence.

Fruits are heart-shaped (shape index 1.0-1.1) of rich pink color. Average weight of tomatoes – 220 gr., with rationing of brushes for 3-4 fruits, the mass of a tomato can reach 0.3 kg. The pulp is dense, tasty, contains 4-6 seed chambers. Peel – smooth, elastic, does not crack.   Segment: Fresh market. Purpose: salad.

The yieldof marketable fruits was 5.7-7 kg/m². Tomato ripening earlier, 90-95 days after germination.

Immunity to tomato mosaic virus, Verticile and Fusarium wilt, Cladosporiosis. Moderately affected & nbsp; bacterial spotting, nematode.

Growing conditions

Tomato variety "Creative F1" grown in film and glass greenhouses of the first and second turnover. Thanks to the active root system, the plant takes root well and develops on all types of soil and substrates. The bush requires garters and shaping. Fertilizing with a high content of calcium has a positive effect on the density of the fruit, and the moderate use of ammonia forms of nitrogen – on the size and taste of tomatoes.

Seedling selection

• Shrubs – 30-35 cm high, branched. The stem is strong, but not thick (the diameter of a regular pencil).
• Leaves – few (6-7 pieces), whole, elastic, raised up. No wrinkling, yellowing, brown or black spots.
• Roots – shaped, moist, undamaged.
• The color of the seedlings is rich green. Pale, weak stems and leaves indicate a lack of light when growing seedlings.
• Age for landing at a permanent place – 50-60 days.
