Tomato Intrigue F1

The first-generation ultra-early tomato hybrid Intriga F1 was bred by GREENOMICA LTD (London-Moscow). In 2015, it was included in the State Register of the Russian Federation with permission to grow under film shelters on the basis of personal subsidiary plots.

Various advantages: very early ripening, high fruit set, fast filling of clusters.

Characteristics of the variety

Plant generative type, strong, well leafy, with a powerful root system. The bush requires a garter and shaping. The leaves are dark green, drooping. Inflorescence of intermediate type with articulation, the first is tied over 6-8 leaves, then every 1-2 leaves. 8-10 fruits are formed on each inflorescence.

Fruits rounded (index 0.9-1.0), weighing 85-140 gr.  Color – saturated red. Peel – smooth, elastic. Pulp – tasty, medium density, contains 4-6 seed chambers. Transportability is good, tomatoes are suitable for sale in fresh markets. Variety purpose: salad.

Yield of marketable fruits – 5.9 kg/m². Terms of maturation Intrigue – very early, 75-80 days after germination. Tomatoes begin to sing earlier than most domestic tomatoes, which increases the commercial attractiveness of the variety.

Immuneto Tomato Mosaic Virus, Cladosporiosis, Fusarium and Verticillium wilt.

Growing conditions. Tomato variety "Intriga F1" unpretentious in care. The fruits are tied in any weather conditions. In areas of risky farming, the hybrid is planted in film and glass greenhouses of the 1st-2nd turnover. In latitudes with a mild climate, the variety grows well and bears fruit in open ground. If you use fruit formation stimulants, tomatoes begin to "pull their nose"

Seedling selection

Before you buy seedlings of tomatoes Intriga F1, carefully inspect it.

A quality healthy seedling:

• Shrubs – 30-35 cm high, branched. The stem is strong, but not thick (the diameter of a regular pencil).
• Leaves – few (up to 7 pcs.), whole, elastic, raised up. No wrinkling, yellowing, brown or black spots.
• Roots – shaped, moist, undamaged.
• The color of the seedlings is rich green. Pale, weak stems and leaves indicate a lack of light when growing seedlings.
• Age for landing at a permanent place – 50-55 days.
