Strawberry Osiris – a novelty of 2020 from French breeders, the result of the INRA variety development program (Bordeaux), focused on the formation of strawberry resistance to mold and other fungal diseases.
In addition, Osiris is characterized by high productivity, versatility and commercial qualities of berries.

Osiris bushes are strong, vigorous, resistant to external factors.
Strawberry fruits of medium size 20-25 gr., regular shape, aligned, shiny, juicy, with a pronounced aroma of strawberries. The taste is sweet, but not cloying, with a slight sourness.
The pulp of Osiris is dense, the skin is elastic, due to which the strawberry tolerates transportation well and is suitable for sale in fresh markets. Variety universal – suitable for commercial and personal use, fresh consumption and canning.
Yield average – up to 800 grams of berries are harvested per season from a bush. Osiris gives the harvest quickly, almost at the same time. The ripening period of the variety is average (May-June).
Planting and care
Originators claim such positive qualities of Osiris strawberries as increased tolerance to mold and fungal diseases, frost and drought resistance. In rainy or dry weather, the berries do not shrink.
Also, plants are able to withstand significant temperature fluctuations, however, agricultural technicians recommend protecting plantings from return frosts.
