Application

Planting begonia seeds

Drainage is poured onto the bottom of a shallow compact container, and peat soil is placed on top. Seeds are distributed over the surface, intensively sprayed with water at room temperature from a spray bottle. The container is covered with cellophane or glass until sprouts appear.

Cutting

Drainage is placed at the bottom of the pot, peat soil is poured on top. The stalk of the plant is deepened into the substrate by 2 cm, watered and covered with a glass jar until new leaves appear. Every day, the shelter is removed for a few minutes to let the plant ventilate.

Preparing the cutting. In an adult begonia, 10 cm of the top is cut off. Leave 2-3 top sheets, cut off the rest. The cut of the stem is allowed to dry a little, after which they start planting.

Planting seedlings

A drainage layer 2-3 cm thick is placed in a pot for planting begonias. Peat soil is poured on top. The seedling is placed in the middle of the pot, the roots are straightened and. sprinkle with the second part of the soil, so that 1 cm to the top of the pot remains free. The plant is watered.
