Mid-season variety. The root crop is white, conical. Root vegetables have a sweet taste. It looks like a large white carrot, tastes like root parsley. Cold-resistant, photophilous, does not tolerate shading. It is not picky about soils, although larger and succulent root crops can be grown on loose soils. Due to its high frost resistance, it can winter in the soil. Seeds are sown in late April - early May. As a spicy plant, it is used as a seasoning for soups, stewed – as a side dish for meat dishes.
