Levkoy Ten weeks

Annual herbaceous plant, undersized plant. Flowering time 10 weeks after germination. The flowers are terry, collected in strong racemose inflorescences at the ends of the shoots. Abundant, long flowering, bright color of flowers and strong, pleasant aroma make this plant very popular. Levkoy are cold-resistant, love bright places and nutritious, moderately moist, non-acidic soils. They do not tolerate waterlogging and fresh manure. Before flowering, every 10-14 days they are fed with a complex mineral fertilizer. Seeds for seedlings are sown in March-April. Seedlings appear in 7-14 days at an optimum temperature of 18-22°C. With excessive watering, they can be affected by the black leg.

Used for borders, rabatok, carpet beds, they decorate balconies, grow in containers, flowerpots, pots. Terry levkoy inflorescences, cut at the blooming stage by 2/3, remain fresh in a fragrant bouquet for up to 10 days.
