Pear variety «Noticeable» obtained at the South Ural Research Institute of Horticulture and Potato Growing by crossing the pear "Forest Beauty"; with seedling 104-15-41. In 2011, the variety was submitted for state trials.
Variety advantages: high yield, winter hardiness, long-term storage and excellent fruit taste.
