Mid-late variety. The fruit is cylindrical, smooth, up to 30 cm long, slightly ribbed at the base. Coloring of a fruit in technical ripeness is whitish, in biological – yellow. Fruit weight 0.7-1.2 kg. The bark is hard, the flesh is yellow, thick, dense, flaky, sweet, juicy. The taste is excellent.
In order to get the effect of "spaghetti" zucchini are harvested after they turn yellow. A whole zucchini is dipped in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then, cut in half, remove the seeds and spread the vegetable spaghetti on a dish. Perfectly stored in winter. Zucchini is included in the diet for diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, in the treatment of atherosclerosis, obesity, diabetes.
Cultivation features: 1-2 plants are placed per 1m2.
