Linen flour – a natural product with high nutritional value, obtained by grinding flax seeds on stone millstones. It retained a maximum of useful substances, vitamins, minerals, essential acids. Flour is recommended for sports and dietary nutrition, as well as for people with gluten intolerance.

Carbohydrates – 40 gr.

Flax seed flour contains:
- Vitamins: A, groups B, E, K, PP.
- Macro and microelements: potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, selenium, phosphorus, zinc.
- Amino acids: arginine, valine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine.
- Saturated fatty acids, Omega-3.
- Fiber, phytoestrogens, protein.
Flour does not contain: gluten, GMOs, dyes, flavors and other artificial additives.
