Raw-pressed pine nut oil is made from fresh nuts of the highest grade using temperatureless manual pressing. This is a pure organic product that has retained all the beneficial properties contained in the plant. It does not contain preservatives, chemical dyes and flavors.

Cedar oil – has an amazing nutty taste and aroma that will not leave anyone indifferent. In cooking, pine nut oil can replace the usual vegetable oils, use it to improve well-being and prevent many diseases.

Pine nut oil contains:

  • vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3 (PP), B6, D, E, F, K;
  • minerals: iodine, potassium, calcium, cobalt, magnesium, manganese, copper, phosphorus, zinc.
  • poly- and monounsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 (21%), Omega-6 (57%), Omega-9 (15%);
  • palmitic and stearic acids.

Pine nut oil has practically no contraindications. It is recommended even for children and pregnant women, because. helps to normalize uteroplacental circulation, contributes to the normal course of pregnancy. In children – increases immunity, improves appetite and sleep.

When used regularly, cedar oil:

How to apply?

Internal use:

Pine nut oil can be taken on its own or as a food supplement. Adult – 1 tbsp. 40 minutes before meals 2 times a day (no more than 2 tablespoons a day). Children – 1 teaspoon 3 times a day with meals

Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the product.

External use:

  • For wounds, frostbite and itching – applied in pure form on a cotton napkin and applied to the affected area.
  • Added to massage oils, creams.
  • Preparing masks for skin and hair.

Cooking

Natural pine nut oil has a pleasant delicate nutty aroma. Gives all dishes exquisite notes and an unforgettable aftertaste.

It is added to pastry, desserts, grilled dishes, marinades for meat and fish. Salads, vegetable dishes, soups, cereals, cold and hot snacks are seasoned with cedar oil.

Important! When the oil is heated, the beneficial components are destroyed, therefore, when using the product for health purposes, it is not recommended to subject it to heat treatment.

Storage conditions

Unopened pine nut oil can be stored for up to 6 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, it must be consumed within 30 days.

Store the product at a temperature of +3…+6°C, avoiding direct sunlight. The refrigerator will be the best place.
