Raw-pressed walnut oil is made from high-quality raw materials of the highest grade using temperatureless manual cold pressing. This is a pure organic product that has retained all the beneficial properties contained in the plant. At the same time, it completely lacks preservatives, chemical dyes and flavors.

With regular use of walnut oil:

Ingestion

For adults – 1 teaspoon of oil 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals without drinking.

Children from 3 to 10 years old – 1 coffee spoon once a day, from 10 to 14 years – 1 tsp 1 time per day.

Contraindications: individual intolerance, exacerbation of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, erosive gastritis, reduced acidity of gastric juice, pregnancy. In case of endocrine diseases, a doctor's consultation is necessary.

Topical application: For beauty treatments and massages, the oil is mixed with essential oils and creams.

Cooking

The oil has a pronounced nutty flavor and aroma without astringency and a beautiful golden amber color. Cooks like to add it to pastries, cakes and other desserts. Unopened, the oil is stored for 6 months from the date of manufacture. After opening – the product must be consumed within 30 days.
