Raw-pressed apricot is made from the highest grade seeds by temperatureless manual pressing. This is a pure organic product that has retained all the beneficial properties contained in the plant. It is completely free of preservatives, chemical dyes and flavors.

Apricot oil contains:

  • vitamins: A, B15, B17, C, D, E, F;
  • minerals: iron, potassium, calcium, cobalt, manganese, copper, zinc;
  • mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids (91%): Omega-3 (1%), Omega-6 (33%), Omega-9 (57%);
  • Saturated fatty acids (9%): palmitic acid (7%), stearic acid (2%).

Health and beauty

Apricot oil has a good balanced fatty acid composition. It contains vitamins B15 and B17 (laetrile) not found in other oils. They have an anti-cancer effect, destroy cancer-infected cells, improve tissue nutrition, and relieve inflammation. Due to the high concentration of copper, cobalt and iron, apricot oil helps to cope with anemia, low hemoglobin, and anemia.

When used regularly, apricot oil:

  • has a general strengthening effect on the body;
  • improves hematopoiesis and heart function, prevents the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases;
  • reduces cholesterol levels;
  • slows down the aging process;
  • improves kidney function, removes excess water from the body, reduces swelling;
  • improves visual acuity;
  • positive effect on metabolism, stimulates the intestines;
  • prevents the development of osteoporosis and arthritis;
  • stimulate the production of hormones responsible for skin health;

How to apply?

Ingestion daily 30 minutes before meals:

  • children under 10 years: 1 drop per year of life 1 time per day;
  • Adolescents aged 10-16: ½ teaspoon 1 time per day;
  • adults: 0.5 teaspoon 2 times a day;

Course 2-3 months.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the product.

Topical application: To restore and rejuvenate the skin, the oil is added to face, hand, body creams, shampoos, gels, liquid soaps. Used as a base for making homemade masks. To protect the skin from UV radiation, oil is used instead of tanning products.

Cooking

Apricot oil has an unobtrusive nutty smell and a pleasant taste. It is ideal as a dressing for vegetable salads and cold dishes, and is used to make light homemade mayonnaise.

Important! When the oil is heated, the beneficial substances and vitamins contained in it are destroyed. Therefore, the product is not recommended to be subjected to heat treatment, for example, used for frying.

Storage conditions

Unopened apricot oil is stored for 6 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, it must be consumed within 30 days.

It is necessary to store the product at a temperature of +3…+6°C, avoiding direct sunlight. The refrigerator will be the best place.
